These nine moves, put together by Jeremy Scott, owner of Jeremy Scott Fitness in Scottsdale, Arizona, require impeccable form. This circuit is heavy on plank-based moves like pushups and mountain climbers, so keeping your core engaged is critical—it’ll be on fire at the end of the 30 minutes.
Lower-body centric exercises like squats and VMO taps require your hips to be properly aligned throughout the movements. Paying close attention to your body positioning throughout the workout will make you sweat even more.
A grueling set of 50 pushups bookend this AMRAP workout. Foundational moves like bicycle crunches and split squats are broken up with cardio bursts from jumping jacks.
