“Damn I jus passed out. 👀😍,” wrote Rutina Wesley. And Tiffany Pollard was speechless, only able to comment: “🙌🏾🔥🔥🔥🔥👑🔥🔥🔥🙌🏾.” And Cyrene Tankard summed up the post pretty perfectly: “You are a whole mood ✨🙌🏽.”

But Riri’s not just a whole mood, she’s some serious fitspo. Here’s the popstar and fashion designer she stays in such amazing shape:

Rihanna’s abs are made in the kitchen—by a personal chef.

The “Wild Thoughts” singer’s personal chef, Debbie Solomon, opened up in an interview with Bon Appetit about what it’s like to cook for her, and how she apparently got the job after she made Rihanna curried chicken with rice, peas, and plantains. When she travels with RiRI, she brings “every protein that you can think of that [Rihanna] eats,” plus vegetables, rice, and pasta.

She also travels with a case of spices that includes bouillon-like maggi cubes, curry, jeera (also known as cumin seeds), Old Bay seasoning, adobo, and five-spice, as well as garlic and onion granules.” Solomon shared that Rih is a “moody eater” and loves dishes from her upbringing and background, with include Bajan and Guyanese dishes.

Rihanna‘s worked with different personal trainers.

Throughout her fitness journey, she’s exercised with various trainers, including Jamie Granger, who shared that she does “everything from powerlifting to plyometrics” with Riri, per The Hollywood Reporter. “We do cycling, hiking, paddling—we try to mix it up,” Granger explained.

Rihanna’s also worked with Dede Lagree, who had the popstar on a Supraformer, which is kind of like a Pilates reformer, Livestrong.com reported. “The Supra is the first fitness machine in the world to do both incline and tilt. So the fact that you’re balancing on this resistance-based platform, fighting against the system of springs and pulleys—and your own body weight—and responsible for moving the carriage that inclines up to two feet in the air, you’re basically training for space camp,” Lagree said.

Rihanna loves her curves and fluctuations.

“I actually have had the pleasure of a fluctuating body type, where one day I can literally fit into something that is bodycon, and then the next day—the next week—I need something oversized,” she told The Cut.She also told E! News when talking about her design concept for her Savage X Fenty lingerie line that she designed it with real women’s bodies in mind, including her own.

“We have our fit models, which is the standard size from factories, you just get your samples made in one size. But then, I want to see it on my body, I want to see it on a curvy girl with thighs and a little bit of booty and hips,” she said. “And now I have boobs that I never had before…you know, I don’t even know how to sleep sometimes, it’s challenging, so imagine getting dressed. It’s all of these things I take into consideration because I want women to feel confident in my stuff.”

Most importantly Riri takes mental health days.

She shared with Interview magazine that she has started marking “P” for “personal days” in her calendar, often blocking out two to threedays at a time. “It’s only the last couple years that I started to realize that you need to make time for yourself, because your mental health depends on it,” Rihanna explained. “If you’re not happy, you’re not going to be happy even doing things that you love doing.”
