Lisa Rinna, 57, Flaunted Her Super Toned Abs In A New Green Bikini Instagram Photo

  • Lisa Rinna, 57, just shared a new bikini pic to Instagram.
  • Her abs and looks super toned, thanks to yoga, SoulCycle, and Torch’d workouts with Isaac Calpito.
  • The RHOBH star’s fans reacted to her fit physique with “bod goals” and “wow” in the comments.

Lisa Rinna is taking a break from her usual Instagram dance videos to drop a new bikini pic—and it’s a good one.

Lisa, who is 57, shared a photo of herself someplace gorgeous and warm-looking. In it, she’s wearing a baseball cap and army green bikini, while casually leaning against a wall and flashing her sick abs. The caption was simple: “🏝.” But really, no words needed. Lisa’s sculpted abs speak volumes.

People flooded the comments with appreciation. “Bod goals❤️🙌,” one wrote. “Wow,” said another. One person even said they thought the pic was of Lisa’s 19-year-old daughter Amelia. There were also enough fire emojis to burn down Instagram because, wow.

OK, but asking for a friend here…what’s Lisa doing to look that stunning at 57? For starters, she’s huge on yoga. “I have a really strong yoga practice,” she previously told OWN. “For my body type, that really works.” But, of course, that’s not all she does. Lisa also told the publication that she likes to “throw in a SoulCycle class or a hike.”

No shocker here—Lisa said she’s big on dance-based workouts, including jazzercise. I mean, have you seen her Instagrams? Just a recap of her dance moves:

Dancing is a lifelong passion of Lisa’s. “When I was 16, I discovered jazzercise. And I thought it was the greatest thing since peanut butter and jelly,” she previously told Parade. She’s also been doing Isaac Boots’ Torch’d class at home during the pandemic.

Lisa says she’s tried a lot of different things, but she always, consistently works out. “Through the years I’ve done every workout known to man,” she told OWN. “For me, staying in shape has always been a part of my life, and it’s all about consistency. …I’ve worked out my whole life.”

Note to self: Start dancing.
