Lindsey Vonn, 36, Shows Off Toned Abs, Legs In Intense Core Workout Instagram Video

  • Lindsey Vonn, 36, is back in her California gym and working out harder than ever.
  • The retired ski champ shared a new Instagram video of her intense workout with trainer Gunnar Peterson.
  • She completes pull-ups, side lunges with cable-pulls, advanced core work, and lateral walks with a resistance band.

Lindsey Vonn, 36, is back in California and back at it with another intense workout. Upon her return to her sunny home, she went straight to the gym to sweat it out with trainer Gunnar Peterson.

By the looks of the workout video she shared on Instagram, he is putting the retired pro skier through her paces. Retirement is looking like a lot of hard work, tbh. Lindsey captioned the video: “Back to Cali and straight to the gym. Working hard makes me happy. Thanks @gunnarfitness 🙏🏻💪🏻❤️”

Working hard means a total body burner, but incredibly there’s no visible sweat on Lindsey’s super toned bod. She starts with pull-ups with an assist from Peterson. Then, she moves onto a cable pull and side lunge combination. You can see her muscles rippling from head to toe.

Next up is a truly insane core burner that deserves a big round of applause. This advanced core move is a GHD situp with an overhead ball pass. It sounds and is so tough, and it’s easy to see why she has that six pack. Lindsey locks her feet in the GHD bench and leans back with a medicine ball in one hand. She stretches back and out until she makes contact with Peterson, before sitting up and switching hands. And still, I see zero sweat!

Finally, the last move on the clip are lateral walks with a resistance band and a plate held overhead. Gunnar, who’s clearly a major Lindsey cheerleader, shared the same clip and added, “Always on your game.” You can say that again.

FWIW, Lindsey hasn’t been slacking off with her at-home workouts, either. This recent weekend abs burner gives her six pack all the glory it deserves. The kneeling core work is one of her favorite moves, too. She wrote: “it’s a core stability exercise. Keep your hips and core stable. Also works your arms. One of my favorites.”

But, when she’s heading for the slopes she says squats are the best prep. “lots of squats. High reps!!” One fan commented, “Body goals! 🔥” You can say that again. Retirement is clearly working for Lindsey.
