Seriously? Are people really upset about Khloe’s post-baby body journey? Of course, they are. What’s new?
Khloe gave birth just five weeks ago to her baby girl True, on April 12. She started working out 11 days ago, and it’s certainly paying off quickly. She took a Snap of her progress, and damn. In it, you can see how flat her abs already look.

She’s not shy about how tough it’s been, and we totally appreciate her reality check. “The beginning parts of working out kind of suck because you’re pushing your body so hard, you’re so tired, and you’re trying to get back into your rhythm,” Kardashian says in the video.
While many followers are supporting Khloe, praising her for “living in her truth” and “looking good”, apparently Khloe’s critics also had a lot to say. Khloe addressed that criticism head-on (as she does) in her video:
“What I’m annoyed about is that I’ve read a couple of times on Twitter that, you know, they feel that I’m focusing too much on my body,” she says. “but the truth is, I’ve worked out five or six days a week before I got pregnant and that’s my sanctuary and something I love to do.”
Khloe has been open about wanting to get back to a gym routine stat after having her baby. And yes, she did start working out early at three weeks postpartum—but only with doctor approval.
She opened up more about what motivates her earlier this year in a powerful Insta post:
✨Sometimes it’s hard for me to post these transformation posts only because I can’t imagine my life being this unhealthy again. Never would I ever consider myself fat, But I would consider myself unhealthy mentally/physically and not knowing my true value. Mind, body and soul. For me, my transformation journey started from within. I needed to heal myself from the inside out. Once I started putting myself first, everything started falling into place. My life transformed a few years ago when I made the decision to stop existing and start living. I decided when I was ready regardless of what anybody else was saying about me. Regardless of the pressures. I had to do this on my terms or I knew it wouldn’t last. It’s ok to take the control back. Choose your life. Don’t let anybody else decide for you! We are no victims to life but we can become victims and prisoners to the people that we choose to surround ourselves with if we allow them to break us and consume us. Never be afraid to put yourself first! Never choose comfort over your own well-being! Never forget that fate loves the fearless! Today’s wisdom was yesterday’s pain. Tomorrow’s happiness is today’s bravery! I am so proud of myself for being stronger than I’ve ever been-mind body and soul. I am even prouder of myself that I’ve been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle for so many years. I broke that cycle and I’m happier than I have ever been! You can do this!! Start from within and nothing can stop you. Elevate yourself- mind body and soul ✨

Her exercise routine came under fire when she was pregnant, too. People came out on Twitter to tell her that she shouldn’t work out, something she addressed like the boss she is:
For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden ??♀️ but MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended. Thanks kiddos! Don’t make me stop sharing shit https://t.co/7raJUgmcBA
Then, she Snapped her workout to really drive home the message:

In her latest video, Khloe continues to set the haters straight: “Just because I have a baby, doesn’t mean I have to stop doing the things that I love, and I love working out and getting my mind right.”
End of discussion.
