Yeah, yeah it’s common knowledge at this point that Kate Hudson is a fitness queen. But did you know she could…sing?
In a video on her Instagram, Kate demonstrated her impressive pipes by belting Lady Gaga’s Oscar-nominated song “Shallow” at the top of her lungs. What’s even more impressive? She did it mid-Pilates workout.
“Gearing up for my in-living room Oscar performance…” she captioned the post. “Apologies to @ladygaga and @iammarkronson for the lyrics.” Followed by the hilarious hashtags: #mommybrain, #WasIInTheRightKey?, and #SometimesYouJustNeedToBeltItOut.

Of course, Kate is no stranger to Pilates, so it’s no wonder she multitasked like a champ. Her IG is filled with Pilates posts, including exercises on the reformer multiple with lots of core work. “Pilates makes my day better and that’s just the straight truth! Every time I finish a class I feel two inches taller, lighter, and more grounded,” she captioned one video.
To keep up her fitness, Kate also works with trainer Nicole Stuart (who’s made appearances on other #FableticsFriday posts from Kate).

She also loves to cycle, dance, hike, and was spotted working out with The Mirror recently (an interactive mirror that live-streams fitness classes).
Most importantly, she’s all about keeping things fresh and fun when it comes to fitness. “She’s one of my favorites because her spirit is so free and she’s so fun,” Nicole Winhoffer, Kate’s dance trainer previously stated.
And if her latest workout/musical performance isn’t proof of that, I don’t know what is.
