Kelly Rowland, 39, is nine months pregnant with her second child, and she’s staying dedicated to her personal fitness goals while waiting for baby #2 to arrive. (ICYMI, the singer announced her pregnancy on the October 2020 cover of Women’s Health.) Kelly posted a bunch of videos to her Instagram Story showing herself doing bodyweight exercises, including a wall sit, squats, and donkey kicks, all while rocking a coral sports bra, black leggings, and her baby bump.
“She’s still pregnant, so we are still working,” Kelly’s trainer, Rebecca Broxterman, captioned one Instagram Story video of their sweat sesh. When Kelly reposted the videos to her Story, she added hilarious captions like, “What is this baby waiting for?” and “This a$ was on 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”
The “Crazy” songstress shared with Women’s Health that she was similarly active while pregnant with her first child, Titan, who is now 6. (She shares both her babies with husband Tim Weatherspoon.) “I swam, I did yoga, I did weights, I jogged and walked,” she told the publication. But during the first trimester of her current pregnancy, Kelly spent most of it resting in bed.
Since she’s been feeling better, the “Hitman” singer has gotten back to her supervised, pregnancy-designed workouts with her trainers in the gym. Besides her workout with Broxterman, Kelly told Women’s Health that she also focuses on yoga, taking walks, and stretching.
Plus, she’s has also stayed active during her pregnancy with dancing. Kelly has been showing off her smooth moves in Instagram and TikTok videos.

And she’s eating well, too. Kelly shared her pregnancy diet with Women’s Health, noting that she now drinks four liters of water a day, and has smaller and more frequent meals. She’s also big on eating oatmeal, a protein shake, or sardines, egg whites, spinach, and fruit, for breakfast.
