  • Vanessa Hudgens just showed off her super toned abs in a new Instagram selfie.
  • She stays fit by doing yoga, spinning, Pilates, and circuit training.

Vanessa Hudgens has been completely slaying the post-breakup game lately. First, she got a super cute, new sunflower side boob tattoo, and now The Bad Boys For Life star is flashing her super fit abs on Instagram.

“When they say funk night a we say pajama chic lol 💁🏻‍♀️,” Vanessa wrote next to a new mirror selfie in which she sported a black bra top and PJ-style leopard-print bottoms. Her abs—which look so freakin’ toned, btw—peeked out between.

People freaked in the comments (because duh, how could you not?). “Oh snaaap. you’re a beaut! 😍😍,” one fan wrote. “Guuuurl ur so cuuute bb,” another said. And, of course, there were fire emojis and hearts for days.

Vanessa’s bod doesn’t look that good by accident. She previously told Women’s Health that she tries to do yoga three times a week. “I don’t consider it fitness,” she said. “It’s more like therapy for me.” The actress and singer is also big into spinning. “Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I’m happy,” she said. “It’s like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good.”

That’s not all she does: Vanessa also likes to mix in some Pilates and circuit training. “I’m really competitive when it comes to fitness. I like being around people so I can compete,” she explained, noting that she likes to take “really early classes.”

On the food front, Vanessa told Women’s Health that she’s really into intermittent fasting. She also eats arugula “almost every day” and loves to dig into foods like cashew cheese, almond milk, oat milk, eggs, avocados, and grapes. “I love finding things that are good for you and also taste amazing,” she said. One of her staples: An antioxidant smoothie packed with acai berries, blueberries, banana, and coconut oil. “I try to get enough healthy fats, protein, and foods that give me energy,” she said.

Clearly, all that hard work is paying off!
