‘RHONY’ Star Luann De Lesseps, 55, Shows Off Her Toned Abs And Legs In Bikini Video

Reality TV star Luann de Lesseps of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City is already slaying 2021 in style. The cabaret singer, 55, showed off her toned abs and legs in a new bikini video shared to her Instagram.

“Taking a splash 💦,” she captioned the boomerang of herself in a black string bikini playing in an outdoor shower.

Former RHONY castmate Jill Zarin commented, “❤️❤️❤️”, while current RHONY star Leah McSweeney commented, “Damn girl 😍.”

And there were plenty of fire flames being thrown Luann’s way. “🔥🔥🔥🔥 hot mama,” one fan commented. And another said, “Goals af 🔥 👸🏻”.

But how exactly does one become fitness “goals af”? Well, for starters, Luann is a big fan of cardio.

In 2019, she shared an Instagram video of herself running on a treadmill, explaining that she kicks off her workout with 15 minutes of running to warm up, and then moves on to “arms, leg lifts and abs.”

“Money can’t buy you abs. Working out and staying healthy! 🏃🏻‍♀️” she captioned the video.

The Class with the Countess author also shared with Life & Style in 2020 that she also mixes weights and yoga into her workout routine, too. “I do weights for the arms because I have to wear these dresses that are sleeveless, and then the legs and then the tummy so I have my routine that I do,” she said. “Then I do yoga. I have a gym in my apartment—it’s fabulous and overlooks Central Park. It’s gorgeous, and I’m busy, so I think that also helps keep you in shape when you’re running around.”

And Luann also likes to get out in nature. “I go hiking upstate in my house,” she told the publication.

As for her diet, the reality TV personality is a fan of drinking lots of water and sticks with the Mediterranean diet. “I think working out is a really important part of anyone’s daily beauty routine and drinking enough water to hydrate the skin. Remember to drink 20 min before & 20 min after meals. I use Dr. Daryl Gioffre’s mineral & green juices every morning and stick to a protein-based, Mediterranean diet,” she shared with People in July 2020.
