Kim Kardashian is no stranger to sexy photos or pushing the limits (see: topless photo taken by her daughter). Put those two together and you get, well, the wild NSFW pic she shared on Instagram today.
Clad in nipple shields no bigger than two drink coasters, and teeny bottoms for coverage down below (though, TBH, that’s a lot of inner thigh), Kim captioned the photo with a simple: “Chanel vintage, lets please be specific.” Fancy.
The photo garnered nearly 500K likes in 20 minutes.
But beyond the designer duds (um … accessories?) and obvious sexy nature of the photo, it’s tough to not also notice another thing: Kim is rocking some seriously enviable abs definition. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star credits her newly toned midsection to busting her ass with her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, who’s also a bodybuilder. The pair trains together six days a week at 6 a.m., for 60 to 90 minutes each session.
The duo divides their workouts between leg and butt days, chest and triceps days, and back and biceps days throughout the week. And, while all those moves require some core engagement, they also dedicate an entire day to abs work. Alcantara often mixes up Kim’s abs workout, but some of her go-tos include lying leg lifts, reverse V-ups, and bicycles.
This isn’t the first time Kim has showed off her killer body in next-to-nude (or entirely naked) photos. In January she posted a no-caption-needed topless shot of herself, and more recently she shared—we think—her most naked selfie yet.
But, hey, those abs.
