Jessica Simpson is saying farewell to her thirties in style: showing off her super fit bod. (Btw, her 40th birthday is on July 10th.) Following her recent 100-pound weight loss, she shared a new view of her oh-so-toned butt in a new Instagram post.
In the pic, her backside is on full display as she rocks the cheeky Rodeo bikini, matching Rodeo crop top, and sheer coverup from her own collection. Jessica accessorized her beachy ensemble with a cowboy hat.

Jessica’s looking super fit—abs, arms, butt, and everything. Take it from Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi, who commented, “GIRL 🔥” Accurate, Jessica is on fire and so is her fitness routine care/of trainer Harley Pasternak.
She worked with Pasternak and followed his workout and healthy diet plan during her weight-loss journey after giving birth to baby Birdie Mae. Jessica slowly built up to walking 14,000 steps a day, according to E News.
That was only the beginning, though. During her weight-loss journey, Jess also completed 45-minute workout sessions three days a week. According to Pasternak, those sessions included a five- to 10-minute cardio warm up, 20 to 30 minutes of resistance training and flexibility, followed by five to 10 minutes of cardio cooldown.
Jessica also eats really well by whipping up healthier versions of her fave foods. Jess has three meals a day (plus snacks!) that are filled with protein, fiber, and fat. She specifically follows Pasternak’s Body Reset Diet plan and doesn’t drink alcohol. “We did not diet in a tasteless, extreme, radical way,” said Pasternak on Good Morning America. “[Jessica] loves Tex-Mex flavors so she had a lot of healthy versions of Tex-Mex foods.”
Happy early birthday to Jess!
