The peace researcher and book author Hans-Günter Blind (56, “sleep miracles”) has been warned not to do at carnival for almost a whole week literally night and day.

All of these are reasons to pay attention to a balanced relationship between a celebratory mood and sufficient sleep.

Alcohol and nicotine are for relaxation, not conducive to.
