Want to eat, exercise and zen out like the definition of #couplegoals, Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth? Want to access the fitness tips, wholesome recipes and meditation guides of Hollywood’s go-to health experts with just a few swipes? If you’ve answered yes to all of the above (and we don’t bloody blame you) you’re in luck – Chris and Elsa have just announced a new lifestyle app called Centr and its features will blow your soon-to-be sweaty socks off.
Available globally in February 2019, the app offers a curated range of everything from daily workout videos to meal plans, recipe collections to sleep visualisations – fully customised to your goals, ability and personal taste.
The couple – who, let’s be honest, are renowned for their honed physiques – have collaborated with the internationally acclaimed trainers, nutritionists and wellbeing leaders they’ve worked closely with over the years to create the impressive line up of content.
These include the likes of Hollywood (and Kardashian) trainer Gunnar Peterson, Plant Proof podcast founder Simon Hill, Chris’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi, vegan bodybuilder Torre Washington, Elsa’s yoga instructor Tahl Rinsky, trainer Tiffiny Hall, and chef Dan Churchill – to name only a few of the huge names involved.
“My goal was to build a program that takes the guesswork and excuses out of training, eating and living well,” Chris said on Instagram. “@CentrFit gives you access to the same team of world-class experts in health and well-being that I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from over the years, and who have inspired me to live a healthier and happier life.”
