If you want to squeeze in a strength training and cardio sesh in 20 minutes flat, try getting in some kettlebell work. Because of the weight you’re swinging, most kettlebell exercises tap into several muscles groups at the same time.
All that movement is actually a form of low-impact cardio. But the key to get your heart-pumping and reaping all those aerobic bennies is to not rest very long in between exercises.
