Kate Hudson Just Posted A Goofy New Dance Video And Her Abs Look Incredible

Kate Hudson posted a fun new video to her Instagram feed yesterday, showing herself dancing around her kitchen in a sports bra and workout shorts (naturally, her abs look amazing). In the video, Kate grabs a bottle of something and shakes it up as she scoots in and out of the frame, before finally cracking up.

The actress and Fabletics founder seems to be working on a big new project, according to her Instagram caption. (She also clarified that, no, the video was not the result of day drinking.)

People definitely noticed Kate’s toned bod. “What workout regimen do you follow?” one wrote in the comments. “Soo 🔥🔥🔥,” another said.

Kate works hard to stay so fit. She previously told Women’s Health that she tries to do three to four workouts a week, switching things up regularly. She likes to exercise with The Mirror and does Pilates. Like, a lot. Just peep this Instagram video if you need proof of Kate’s Pilates skills:

“I know I’m at my strongest is when I’m doing my Pilates because it never gets easier. The more you do Pilates the harder the things you can do become,” she said. “I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to the shape of my body.”

Kate’s also big into dancing. “I like to do any kind of dance workout,” she said. Aaand she does Peloton workouts, too. “I have the Peloton Tread. I just got it and I love Peloton,” Kate said. “I think they make it so easy to have ‘no excuse’ workouts. [I can spend] 10 minutes doing a little mile run instead of just sitting there doing nothing.”

Kate’s fitness routine is clearly on point.
