Britney Spears’ home gym may have accidentally burned down six months ago, but it appears to be back up and running. The pop star recently shared a TikTok video of herself and boyfriend-slash-personal trainer Sam Asghari working out together in her gym, and it’s the epitome of couple goals.
“Grateful to have Sam to stay in shape with 💪 !!!!! Couples that workout together stay together 😉💪🌸🌹!!!!!” she wrote in the caption. (Spears and Asghari have been together since 2016, so they’re clearly onto something with this whole couples workout thing.)
The TikTok features Spears and Asghari in her gym, and they start the video by goofing off before getting down to business. In the first bit, Britney can be seen sparring with Sam as they work their way around gym mats. Brit looks fit with her abs on full display in a super cute red frilled bra top, while Sam shows off his muscles, sans shirt.

Then, the two move on to Bosu balls, which they hold onto as they do running planks. From there, they do arm raises with light weights, with both sweetly grinning the whole time.
They’re not done, though. Spears and Asghari do forearm planks on the Bosu balls, moving up to full planks, and back down again. Then, they do more arm raises, and then some jumping squats—while holding hands, no less. Finally, they wrap up with a round of jumping jacks. The workout seems pretty intense, but the two look happy doing it. Plenty of people noticed in the comments.
