Relaxation: Who does Sport regularly, it can switch off in everyday life better

Our environment is marked by more or less loud noises – especially on urban roads with a permanent sound system is so good as to avoid.

Not only physical benefits

The unique results of the study surprised the researchers a little.

“No one would argue that Sport leads to better physical Fitness. But you don’t think that in the case of physical activity to improved brain fitness,” explains Kraus.
