LeAnn Rimes is living her best life on a lake right now, TYVM.

The singer-actress has dropped several pics and videos on Instagram of herself on Lake Powell, which runs between Utah and Arizona, including a new shot of herself modeling a gorgeous teal bikini.

“Beam me up,” she captioned Instagram photos that show her hanging out in Lake Powell’s “Toilet Bowl” swimming hole. In the pics, the 38-year-old has her arms stretched up toward an opening in the “bowl,” and it’s kinda hard to miss the fact that her abs look super toned.

People in the comments definitely noticed. “Looking good LeAnn Rimes,” one person wrote. “Goddess,” someone else said.

LeAnn does not mess around in the fitness department and it shows. LeAnn previously told Us Weekly that she exercises about four days a week, and she’ll even do dressing room workouts. “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” she said.

One area in particular she likes to focus on? Her booty. “I work pretty hard on my butt,” she told Us. LeAnn also takes SoulCycle classes with her husband, Eddie Cibrian, and likes to stay active with him by going for hikes and walks around their neighborhood.

LeAnn also eats well, but tries to find a balance. “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese,” she previously told Women’s Health.

In general, though, LeAnn likes to start her day with a green smoothie, and then have leftovers for lunch. She’ll do a bowl for dinner, which usually has a cauliflower base, topped with a protein like marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken, and lots of greens and veggies.

LeAnn is also a huge cheese fan. “I love cheese a lot and it’s horrible for a singer, so when I’m on the road, I don’t do it,” she told Us. “But when I’m home, I can eat a whole log of goat cheese.”

Cheese + jumping rope…that’s doable!
