- Heather also aims for nine to 12 hours of sleep every night and avoids eating sugar and white flour when possible.
Heather Graham, 51, is back at the beach and living it up in bikinis and yoga clothes. At least, that’s what her latest Instagram photos and videos are all about. She celebrated her 51st birthday in January, and the actress looks absolutely ageless. (I promise I checked the birthdate twice.)
In one video, Heather dances her way down a dock wearing a black bikini. “So grateful for my amazing ❤️girlfriends for making me feel good about myself and special,” she captioned the clip. Her abs and legs look super strong and toned. Naturally, fans chimed in with all the compliments in the comments: “You are 🔥🔥🔥🔥.” and “You still got it.”

And, she also shared a pic from her beach yoga session, which looked seriously relaxing. Heather wrote in the caption: “Grateful to be in a beach doing yoga with @ninabergman ❤️🙏🧘♀️”

So, how does Heather stay so fit at 51? The yoga photo is one hint at her wellness routine. She’s shared a few more insights over the years.
For starters, Heather is really, really into yoga. (She doesn’t just practice on the beach on vacay.) She told Women’s Health UK in 2013 that she does yoga three times a week, along with 20 minutes of transcendental meditation every day. “For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day,” she told Refinery29. Her workout routine also includes Pilates and dancing.
Heather also prioritizes her sleep. She told The Guardian in 2016 that people are usually “horrified” when they hear how much sleep she gets a night, which she says is between nine and 12 hours a night.
Heather’s diet is super healthy, too. She told Refinery29 that she does her best to avoid white flour and refined sugar. “I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better,” she said. “And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour.”
Overall, Heather just seems to enjoy being active. She shares pics on Instagram of herself riding bikes and rollerskating on the reg.
