This Kettlebell and Bodyweight Workout Is Harder Than it Looks

There’s a reason why trainer Eric Leija is at almost half a million followers on Instagram—his well-choreographed, muscle building workouts are efficient, and his videos allow his followers to try the routines for themselves at home, or on the go. The Primal Swoledier, as he’s also called, recently posted a bodyweight and kettlebell workout that will give you a “serious leg and core pump” as Leija explained in his caption.

Ebenezer Samuel, C.S.C.S., Men’s Health‘s fitness director, weighed in on how you can replicate Leija’s moves at home to take on this hybrid workout yourself:

Leija recommends that you perform each move for 5 sets, taking 30 seconds to work each movement. Rest for 1 to 2 minutes in between sets.
