Schwarzenegger's Son Shows Off Arnold-Level Chest Gains

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena is shaping up to be following in his famous dad’s footsteps in the gym department: the 21-year-old actor and athlete just shared another photo of his fitness progress to Instagram, showing off his chest day “GAINZ”.

Baena often works out with his dad, who in addition to being an action movie legend, famously won the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding title seven times, so he knows his way around a barbell. Baena calls Schwarzenegger the “best training partner in the world”, and paid tribute to him earlier this year when he perfectly recreated one of Schwarzenegger’s most iconic poses.
